We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was provided to make us feel right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made the whole experience even better. It really felt like a home away from home. Thank you for being such a great host. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

If you’re in Philly for any amount of time, you won’t be disappointed with this property. Vince is an excellent host and takes great pride in his properties and management of them. He’s very responsive in any situation. A lot of thought was put into the design and layout of the unit. . It’s Philly so, of course it’s street parking, but the side streets within the block always have parking. Host provided detailed link with stores, clubs/bars, and restaurants in the vicinity.

Vincent’s place was absolutely beautiful and cozy! Everything was spotless and very well taken care of. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole stay stress-free. Vincent is clearly very organized, and it showed in all the thoughtful details throughout the space. I would definitely stay here again!

Vincent was very responsive! He answered all of our questions and continued to check on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless with keyless entry and looked exactly like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

This is my first long trip Air B&b and Vincent made sure I had everything I needed, no complaints here everything was spotless and the home was warm and comfortable, perfect for a out of town vacation home, communication was A1!
