We highly recommend Vincent’s TheLoft@CedarPark(3). It was very comfortable, and clean, a nicely updated apartment with excellent amenities. We were very comfortable and it worked great for us.
I really liked the neighborhood vibe and it was convenient to our destinations in Philly.
It is located in a vintage townhouse and unit 3 is upstairs. Just plan to go up about 24 stairs. That is part of being in a lovely traditional building.
We also must compliment Vincent as our host. He was wonderful at communicating. Truly this was an excellent experience!!

I had an amazing experience staying here! The place was SPOTLESS, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to answer questions . Location & Check-in was smooth. Loved the snacks & coffee made it feel extra special. I’d ABSOLUTELY stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 🌟

Vincent's apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and both bathrooms are sparkling. The West Philly neighborhood is safe, quiet and walkable. Vincent is an A+ host - very proactive and responsive to guests. Check-in was simple and exactly as described. Free on-street parking was always easy to find. We have stayed in several Airbnb's in the area and Vincent's place was perfect!

Thank you to Vincent. We had a bad experience at our previous Airbnb and he was able to get us. Poked for the next day and checked in early with no problems. He is very responsive and detailed with everything and very accommodating. Should we visit again we will definitely come here. 10/10

The house is super convenient with all the pre-set stuff like fans and kitchenware, making cooking a breeze! It’s got that cosy, homey feel, and the suite is spotless, roomy, and perfect for two or three people. The bathroom and living area are both fantastic, and the neighbours are super friendly. The beds are huge, and everything from chargers to kitchenware and bathroom shampoos is already there. The whole vibe is just lovely, and if I ever come back, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was provided to make us feel right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made the whole experience even better. It really felt like a home away from home. Thank you for being such a great host. If you’re in Philly for any amount of time, you won’t be disappointed with this property. Vince is an excellent host and takes great pride in his properties and management of them. He’s very responsive in any situation. A lot of thought was put into the design and layout of the unit. . It’s Philly so, of course it’s street parking, but the side streets within the block always have parking. Host provided detailed link with stores, clubs/bars, and restaurants in the vicinity.

Vincent’s place was absolutely beautiful and cozy! Everything was spotless and very well taken care of. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole stay stress-free. Vincent is clearly very organized, and it showed in all the thoughtful details throughout the space. I would definitely stay here again!

This is my first long trip Air B&b and Vincent made sure I had everything I needed, no complaints here everything was spotless and the home was warm and comfortable, perfect for a out of town vacation home, communication was A1!
